As a result of the shutdown, our buying process was a bit unusual. Safety was clearly the utmost concern of Best Hot Tubs, as we were required to make appointments, be alone in the showrooms (masked), and conduct any follow up business over the phone. Despite the fact that we had to wait 6 months for our Bullfrog Spa, (not the fault of BHT!), Bob never made us feel bad for our frequent follow ups to check status of our delivery. Our delivery was flawless, and follow up service has been very good. I’ve texted my ridiculous “newbie” questions, and have received nothing but patient responses. I would not hesitate to recommend the brand or the business. Bullfrog & Best Hot Tubs have our business for life. Thanks Bob! (And Bill!)
