I bought a STIHL hot tub 18 months ago. Keith was great – answering all of my questions and working with my contractor to make sure the installation went seamlessly. It is VERY easy to operate – and I’m not very technical so ANYONE can operate this hot tub. He worked with my contractor who subsequently built a deck around most of the tub. I’m having a service issue at present – completely my fault – and he is as helpful as ever – despite it being high season in the Hamptons and he just had back surgery. Don’t hesitate – go buy one from Keith. Life is short- get off the fence!
