The quote in our above headline is from one of our clients. Make no mistake. When he and his wife purchased their spacious Bullfrog Spas (A9L model) from us last fall, they were happy, indeed, to get it on sale.
But in speaking with the husband recently about their experience in purchasing a hot tub, we learned that as the months have gone by, it’s the quality of their Bullfrog Spa that has them so happy about their choice.

The husband admits that while his wife was always keen, he didn’t want a hot tub at first. “And now it’s me that uses it almost every day,” he laughs. “The biggest fights we have are over getting time in the spa. I do manage to get some alone time though —with my cigar and whiskey.”

“I finally decided it should be encased somehow. And I designed where walls were to go around it. Bill Renter at Best Hot Tubs was helpful in giving us different ideas on how to do this, including providing the necessary schematics. And I found him good at getting back to me.”
Since the husband already had a design for the construction, he realized all he needed was a mason and hired one from Garden City.
“The result is a very attractive hot tub installation that the whole family appreciates,” says our own Bill Renter. “We loved working with them.”

While our communities are on lock-down in the NY Metro area, Best Hot Tubs has recently been offering deep discounts on all our Bullfrog Spa models.
“We’re getting a lot of buyers right now wanting to take advantage of this opportunity,” says Bill Renter. “Once we’re back at full staff again this sort of pricing will not be sustainable. The big discounts must end the day the order to stay-at-home is lifted.”
Working During COVID-19:
Rare meetings between Best Hot Tubs staff are limited to two or three — and always at a safe distance between them.
Regular sanitizing is also done to spa surfaces and our showroom areas. We wear masks and no one is permitted in the store without a mask.
Visits to our showrooms by clients are by appointment only. Most of the hot tub sale process is being done via phone and the internet.
Those wanting to purchase chemicals can order and pay for them over the phone. Pick up can be arranged so that customers won’t have to come into the store.
