I have to say I consider myself a tough critic and Bob was beyond amazing! Soooo patient, genuine and honest. He knew all of the information about the hot tubs and jet packs. He has a customer for life in us and he is an example of what excellent customer service is and should be! Thank you so much Bob, Bill (who is also fantastic!) and bullfrog spas !
