During the pandemic, we’ve all become online experts. We’re ordering meals some frozen, some fresh, clothing. We take master classes online and have our business meetings via zoom.
But is there a limit to the value of all online purchasing and education? With the gift-giving season just around the corner, and if a hot tub is on your list, that’s a good question to ask yourself.
“One thing to consider when purchasing a hot tub online,” says our own Bill Renter, is you really don’t know what you’re getting. Online spas are often made overseas and when things go wrong, who do you complain to?”
Spas being a big ticket item, you want something that is reliable and made in the U.S., Bill suggests.
“Plus, you want to be sure a valuable item like this is a model/make you will love, that perfectly suits your tastes and needs. And that won’t cost too much to operate and maintain.”
At our three showrooms [Westbury, Farmingdale, Windham, NY], Best Hot Tubs staff know our local landscape, codes, hot tub operational costs, etc. We listen to the needs of thinking of buying one and help them pick just the right one. We’re also available should anything go wrong. We’re local. And our spas are made right here in the USA. Another real bonus.
“Even in the pandemic, sometimes it’s best to purchase something at a brick and mortar store,” says Bill.
