When the weather gets cold, you want to be sure your hot tub is in great shape for this season. Why? Well, during the winter is when many of you most often use your spa.
Things that need doing to get your spa ready:
We suggest draining the hot tub completely, cleaning its insides with a non-abrasive all purpose cleaner. Then rinse. Allow it to dry. And add one or two coats of spa polish to protect the finish.
Next, clean the jets and remove to clean, or replace, your spa filter. Clean and condition your spa pillows.
Refill your hot tub with water and spa chemicals. It’s also a good idea to clean or replace your hot tub cover.
Of course, check your manufacturer’s guidelines regarding all this. And you can always call on Best Hot Tubs service techs should you wish help getting ready for winter.
