It’s not just upstate New Yorkers who should head to Windham for its Autumn Affair.
Bill Renter, owner of Best Hot Tubs, suggests those from the City and Long Island also take a day trip to visit Greene County in New York’s Catskills for this special event. Note: If you are hot tub shopping, our Windham discounts are company-wide, including our Long Island location.
“Fall foliage arrives earlier here,” says Bill. “And it should be at or near peak when our Windham hosts its 29th Annual Autumn Affair, Oct 7 & 8.
“There’ll be lots of fun for the whole family — live music, kid activities, street performers, a cooking competition, magicians etc. In fact, if you’re looking for an excuse for a day trip to enjoy fall — or even to stay overnight — you couldn’t pick a better event to kick off autumn in New York.”

“Speaking of Norman Rockwell. Windham even has its own lunch/ice cream counter (right) should any Long Islanders want to run away for Columbus Weekend. They’re certain to find a friendly police officer (Left) up here, too” says Bill.
One event you won’t find on any of the Autumn Affair ads is a family hot tub “wet test” available at our showroom.
“We heartedly invite families who will be here over the weekend to schedule a ‘wet test’ with us,” says Eric. “Just let us know when you’ll be here, and you can come in and test one of our spas — it’s a great fun activity during the festival that, frankly, only we can offer visitors. Oh and don’t forget to pack your swimsuits and some extra towels.”

Windham, NY Hot Tub Deck:
The new owners of this handsome log home in Windham found when they had to replace the existing 15-year old hot tub, the many benefits of a Bullfrog Spas available at our Best Hot Tubs’ showroom was just perfect for them.
If you’re staying overnight in the Windham area, with a little luck you’ll book an Airbnb place as nice as this, or a chalet or lodge or hotel that has a hot tub to enjoy.
