Best Hot Tubs didn’t set out to be one of the best spa problem solvers in the New York area. It just happened: one challenge at a time.
All types of problems have come up, sometimes before we could supply someone with a new hot tub. For example, removing a client’s old hot tub that was wedged so tightly in-ground took a lot of creativity to remove it.
“Sometimes it’s the deliveries of the new spas that require problem solving,” says Bill Renter.
“As hot tubs have grown in popularity — and grown in size — getting them on to some properties can be a real test of our skills. But when you’re committed to seeing a job done well, an answer is always found.”
Another issue is when we are called to break down a hot tub for removal. “There are times when, to their surprise, we’re happy to tell clients that we can repair the old hot tubs they thought were unfixable. Again, we come up with the best solution for the client.”

Sometimes, all a hot tub owner needs is someone to maintain their spa and keep it in good working order.
“We take our service obligations seriously and maintain our clients’ spas in all weather — even shoveling snow to the hot tub so the client doesn’t have to.

Deliveries
Not everyone has a property that offers easy access for a large hot tub.
Best Hot Tubs Spa Deliveries
Best Hot Tubs has a delivery dolly just for hot tubs. It lowers gently to the ground, and can be turned on its side onto attached wheels and easily moved into place. All we need is a minimum of 40” of width and 9’ of height, and easy, peasy — it’s in your backyard.
Huge Hot Tubs: Delivery
This was a huge spa that can accommodate 8 adults. It was 9’6” high. But it all went in perfectly with our special hot tub delivery dolly, we can get just about any size, anywhere.

Catskills, NY, delivery:
Hot Tub Delivery: Catskills – Not all our crane assisted deliveries are in New York City. This one in the Catskills required a crane to get this heavy hot tub up on the level the clients wanted.
Spa Removals
Hot Tub Removal: It took creativity to get this heavy hot tub dislodged from the ground. In this case, we used a heavy-duty blow up cushion. We slid the flat cushion underneath the spa, then pumped air into the cushion which raised the spa enough for us to make removal possible.
Hot Tub Emergencies: Long Island has suffered its share of bad storms. In this case, the clients spa was totally destroyed during a hurricane. In this case, we broke down the remainder of the spa so it could be removed safely.
Hot Tub Service
Whatever the weather, we are there to maintain your spa. This short video taken in Fire Island, NY, shows us servicing a hot tub in miserable weather. With a Best Hot Tubs service contract, you don’t have to ever worry about the weather. We do!
