Not sure if you and the family are ready to commit to owning a hot tub? But you’d like to have one during the ski season? Have you thought of renting one?
That’s not a bad idea, especially if you don’t feel you’ll use your hot tub as much out of the winter season.
“Our plans for rentals are pretty much the same as any time of year,” says Best Hot Tubs owner Mike Hayden. “Our rental packages begin with one-week options. Next, are one-month. And then, there’s our three-month option which we can also be tailored to fit the full ski season.”
About our Tuff Spas Rentals
Tuff Spa at Best Hot Tubs
We carry Tuff Spas in our Windham showroom just for rentals. These are plug-and-play models that don’t require any special electrical outlet upgrades to accommodate them.
This makes them an ideal choice for those who don’t want to bother upgrading their electricity just for a short rental period.
“Because they require only regular electrical voltage, however, they do have less power and it takes a few days to heat up these spa after the initial set up,” adds Mike. “They also require a bit of extra covering and insulation to help maintain the heat, etc. — which we provide.”
Tuff Spas do have some noteworthy features including good noise absorption and large access panels that make it easy to get to the spa’s equipment should a need arise.
“This makes any maintenance on the spa very easy,” says Mike. “And they have LED lighting for a nice ambiance and enjoyable spa experience.”

Tips: When the kids are all nestled snug in their beds, maybe you should put the cover on your hot tub. Apparently Santa’s reindeer might take advantage. (Artwork from: from The Night Before Christmas In Ski Country, author Suzanne Nieman Brown; illustrator Dana Schlingman)
