I purchased my Bull frog hot tub five years ago from Best Hot Tubs in Farmindale
I have used the company for service from day one. The service cost is well priced and let’s one truly relax in hot tub worry free. I find a hot tub more difficult to maintain than a pool.
Hence the need for letting the experts take care of all. You don’t want to feel like you are in a washing machine full of soap. Their maintenance provides a crystal clear, soap free experience. After five years, I had a few issues which were addressed promptly and professionally. Circuit board immediately replaced and leak fixed. I received great service and care from Diego. He is so nice and so professional. Over the years, I have had dialogue with Bill Renter, owner of the company who really cares about his products and aims for every customer to be completely satisfied. You can get a tub with all the bells snd whistles or a generic tub from Best Hot Tubs and will still be treated equally and professionally. Keith McPartland is always ready to make sure that everything is taken care of. So if you want a great tub and great service then indeed go with best hot tubs in Farmingdale.
Covid Lockdown Purchase
As a result of the shutdown, our buying process was a bit unusual. Safety was clearly the utmost concern of Best Hot Tubs, as we were required to make appointments, be alone in the showrooms (masked), and conduct any follow up business over the phone. Despite the fact that we had to wait 6 months for our Bullfrog Spa, (not the fault of BHT!), Bob never made us feel bad for our frequent follow ups to check status of our delivery. Our delivery was flawless, and follow up service has been very good. I’ve texted my ridiculous “newbie” questions, and have received nothing but patient responses. I would not hesitate to recommend the brand or the business. Bullfrog & Best Hot Tubs have our business for life. Thanks Bob! (And Bill!)
