Having been advised by doctors that hot tub hydro-therapy would help meet his physical therapy needs, it was our privilege to install for this client, along with a Trex deck and Trex Railing, a Bullfrog Spa, with its fantastic massage system (JetPaks).
Why Bullfrog Spas for Hydro-theraphy?
It’s not surprising that a portable spa, and a Bullfrog Spa, in particular, was the client’s first choice. Known for its terrific massage system, they boast 16 different interchangeable JetPak seats (each targeting specific muscle groups), which allow hot tubbers to choose massage jets that range from soft and soothing to powerful deep tissue massages.
In addition, these seats are lightning fast to exchange. This, of course, is a real asset when developing a regime for special hydro-therapeutic needs.
Hot Tub Deck
Working with The Deck and Patio Company, we set the hot tub into their new Trex composite deck at 18” high so the client can sit on its edge and simply swing his legs across; a sturdy handrail was also added to aid his getting in and out. The sitting area adjacent to the spa allows for easy conversation with family and friends while he is enjoying the spa’s healing waters; the addition of fire table helps extend the outdoor season.
Hot Tub Installations:
Located just steps outside the back door, the hot tub is positioned into the new Trex Deck so that all the client needs to do to enjoy hydro-therapy is sit on the edge of the hot tub and swing his legs for soothing leg massages. Later, he can ease himself into a JetPak massage seat for spinal and neck therapy.

Hot Tub Covers:
Hot tub covers — especially with a Cover Lifter — make it easy to cover and uncover a hot tub. In addition, even though the hot tub is set into the deck for easy access, a handrail can be an extra layer of safety.
