Wondering if a spa is right for you? Would you use it if you had one? Most of all, will it complement your lifestyle?

Well, if our own personal experience, that of our many clients, and the continued growth of spa sales are any indication, we can say this: if you find the spa that fits your way of enjoying the outdoors, and any individual therapy needs, then, Yes! It’ll be right for you. And you will use it.

At Long Island Hot Tub, we have learned through years of experience, that it may take a little interview with clients, but, in the end, there is always a perfect spa (or spa installation) that will more than satisfy their needs, style preferences, space requirements, and budget.

Some Basics

Spas are similar in many ways to pools, but with delicious differences. Hot tubs have hydro jets of gentle or powerful streams of water emanating from the sides of the unit to calm the rawest nerves or aching muscles. Pool water temperature is maintained about 78 to 82 degrees F., but the spa gets tuned up to higher temperatures to warm body and soul.

At Long Island Hot Tub we specialize in Bullfrog Spas which are available in many sizes and configurations, and which can accommodate up to eight people. There is a wide selection of spa interior colors and exterior finishes, lighting options, etc. Bullfrog Spas can be installed almost anywhere, can sit on a surface such as a deck or patio, be recessed in a deck, or installed flush level on a patio.

They can also be installed inside. And, of course, should a custom spa better suit, our experts can design that, too.

Hot Tub Settings (Long Island/NY):

When the property location is a key consideration for a hot tub, Long Island Hot Tub’s experts can help you position your hot tub to maximize property views and size. In this case, we built a deck and added a stepping stone path for their waterside enjoyment.

Hot Tub Patio (Long Island/NY):

A hot tub can be set into a patio for a built-in look while allowing the hot tub’s plumbing to be easily accessible. Here, we also added an outdoor kitchen and designed the patio to accommodate a dining/lounge area. When these clients go outside, they stay outside.

Long Island Hot Tub Custom In-ground Spa:

An in-ground spa is frequently connected to a swimming pool and built at the same time as the pool, but there are custom in-ground spas (shown here) where there is no swimming pool at all. And with our depth of expert relationships, an attractive water feature to work with the spa is no problem for us, either.

We installed this portable Bullfrog Spas hot tub totally above-ground, in a custom “in-garden” setting. So the clients got the aesthetics of an in-ground look, as well as the delights of Bullfrog’s JetPak massage hydrotherapy.
